Customer Review: Elegant, practical and versatile convection oven

This Italian made convection/rotisserie/dehydrator is everything it promises to be. It has variety of programs, and good temperature range (from 250F to 475F). The cavity is covered with high quality easy-clean enamel (baked-on porcelan?), and so are all the pans and trays. The glass door has an ample grip that stays cool during cooking.
The rotisserie works flawlessly and quietly. The pre-programmed temperature for rotisserie is certainly hot enough to prepare a tasty meal, but not overly hot to cause burning and unnecessary grease spatter.
When in convection mode, the fan is also very quiet, however very powerful. To tell the truth, I did not expect this quality for the price I paid. Today, if I was hunting for an appliance with all those functions, I would not hesitate to pay 3 x the price, knowing what it offers and how it's made.
I have used this jewel of an appliance since October 2008. No troubles, no glitches, no problems. It is being used average once a week. Most often as rotisserie, and as an oven (with or without convection) for finishing dishes started on the stove top, and for casseroles. Also, it does great when it comes to pizza.
As I mentioned before, it is an easy-clean oven. Since I don't want to scratch the surface of the enamel, I use baking soda to lift spatter that refuses to let go with the usual dish cloth. All the trays and racks are dishwasher safe.
Listed above are all the "pros".
Cons - none so far. I am very happy with the oven and would recommend it to anybody who's looking for surprisingly large, versatile appliance.
