We moved recently to Georgia to take care of my elderly parents. My husband and I didn't know whether or not it would be a permanent move so we purchased a mobile home on the property where my parents live. We where having a problem when using the oven. It would heat up the house to a uncomfortable level so we decided to try a convection oven as a alternative. It has really been a great way to cut down on the heat of a regular oven and to save energy at the same time.......
Description of DeLonghi AS40 Alfredo 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven
With a powerful fan to circulate air, this exceptionally compact toaster oven offers the option of convection as well as conventional baking and roasting, and it also toasts, broils, and rewarms. For roasting and baking, the 1,500-watt toaster oven heats up to 415 degrees and has a broiler setting. A separate set of controls adjusts for toasting. Included with the toaster oven is a baking/broiling pan, an extra removable wire rack for two-tier cooking so a full family meal can be prepared at one time, and two cookie sheets. Recipes offering examples of the toaster oven's full versatility are also included. Though roomy enough inside for six slices of toast, the toaster oven measures only 17 inches wide, 8 inches high, and 12 inches deep overall.
