This seemed like a good purchase, until we made our first pot of coffee. The coffee tasted fine, but was not hot. It simply did not come out hot. We even wrote to DeLonghi to see if this was defective, but got no response. So I guess they don't really care. We would never purchase a DeLonghi product again. And we ended up throwing this one away after 3 months.
