I bought this just to see and this is great. Now we can make chutney (salsa) in minutes and it comes out wonderful. Better than any food processors and perfect size. oh, and it's really easy to cleanup.Customer Review: Worse I've ever had!

Cool design, big glass bowl... I thought WOW!
I bought it. It died on me after 2 uses!
I am working on getting my money back!
Either this model was flawed or it is worth nothing. I've had cheaper choppers which could handle almost anything.
I was chopping onion, garlic, celery and carrots... I smelled burning plastic... and that was the end of it! I'd like to know what it can process without melting! And yes, I read the instructions...

This was an OK purchase, but it tended to chop unevenly, and at times turned food into mulch. I misplaced the blade and one of the rubber seals also.... I emailed DeLonghi to enquire where I could purchase a new blade/seal, and their email reply was I could no longer get anything for this model as it is discontinued. I would recommend spending a bit more money and getting a larger and more efficient processor, and of course check that what you are buying is still a current model!Customer Review: LOVE IT!

I was actually sold on the product by the design. After receiving and using I am sold on the product performance. I have used several times and the item cuts to perfection everytime. The start/stop operation makes it very easy to control the cut of the food. I am now getting rid of every other chopper I own. The no slip pad is wonderful to keep the item in place.

This machine was stopped short by an inch long chunk of onion. Maybe this one is defective. It's difficult to clean the top. If you're a woman or have small hands, it's hard to hold. I'm really not impressed, especially if I think about all the other choppers on the market for half the price.
