I ordered this heater because it was such a good deal. I own many electric heaters to give out to renters for emergency heat. I have never owned a heater this useless. It would not heat a 5 x 5 bath after running a couple of hours.
Description of DeLonghi DUH1000 Utility Heater
The DeLonghi Safeheat Utility Heater with heavy duty design is perfect for many applications, this all-metal portable utility heater with roll bars ensures durability and safety. It's ideal for primary, supplementary, or spot heating in the garage, basement or anywhere in the home. Two heat flow settings let you regulate the output of warm air. Choose the HIGH setting (1500 Watts) or LOW setting (825 Watts). Alternatively, the fan can be operated without heat for summer ventilation. The adjustable thermostat lets you easily select and maintain a desired level of comfort. The safety thermal cut off is one more way to ensure product safety. If the unit becomes too warm, it automatically turns off. No need to worry about overheating. This unit has an internal tip-over switch to provide added safety in case the unit becomes unstable or is accidentally tipped over.
