Customer Review: **Beware of DeLonghi BQ20!**

I've had my BQ20 for 2-1/2 years and must say , it performed well.
Unfortunately, during a recent grilling, the heating element melted all the way through.
Delonghi service center states $42 for the heating element and a $15 service cherge to install it.
Unless you have all the tools in the world, only a service center can perform the installation as the unit has special screws. I found it cheaper to purchase another type indoor grill.
